Chrysalis Consulting Group specializes in health and human services management and operations support.  State and local governments as well as private agencies have contracted with Chrysalis for a variety of services.   Chrysalis has provided technical assistance, program implementation, program administration, training, third party claims administration, and Medicaid certification, among other areas of expertise and as a result has become a leader in redefining social welfare practice in Illinois.
